Friendly staff very common for a main hotel in a lovery town

Nice place this warm and friendly.
All staff very polite & helpful. However, walking into a function carrying 5 champagne flutes in each hand......with fingers inside the glasses! What the hell? The buffet area was not crumbed down or re-clothed to make it look clean & tidy for guests. Giant toilet rolls on the floor in the toilet cubicles becuase they didn't fit the dispensers.Where did you train in hospitality?Seriously need to retrain staff on service skills in conference & banqueting. Especially as you are such a popular wedding venue.
Stayed the night here. Very comfortable bed. Slept like a log. Food tasty but nothing out of the ordinary. All the staff we met bent over backwards to help. They spent time to go d out about food allergy foods and accommodated my needs without fuss.
