If you are looking for a breath-taking wedding dress and superb customer service Rachel Ash Bridalwear is a place for you! I'm getting married in August 2019 but I thought that it would be nice to try some wedding dresses first before I say 'I do' to the weightloss emergency wedding plan ;) So I did visit Rachel Ash on Saturday, and I was welcomed by two amazing ladies who definitely know what they're doing! Aimee was super helfpul with suggesting dresses that would fit me, and was totally on it when it came to trying the dresses with or without the veil as well as different accessories just what every bride-to-be needs. The ladies lined up 7 different pieces for me, so I was over the moon as I was able to try different shapes/sizes on. At the end of the appoitment, I decided to give a last shot at a sample sale dress (which was the fluffiest dress in the shop!) and discovered that this is the one!! (despite myself saying 'no' to anything priness'ish). Now my wedding dress is with me, almost a year before my the big day - totally surreal! Thank you very much ladies for a fabulous experience, your passion and not being pushy at all that day was totally worth all the money and a journey from Maidenhead! xxx
I would recommend this bridal shop to anyone and everyone. Aimee is a dream and not pushy at all like some other dress shops. She made the whole experience a real pleasure and I'm so pleased I was able to buy my dress from her. She had a beautiful collection and clearly has a brilliant eye for what's on trend.
Rachel Ash Bridal have been amazing from the moment I stepped through the door. Super helpful and friendly, they let me pick dresses and helped where needed. I really felt like Ash got my style (and humour!) and unlike other stores I went to there was absolutely no pressure or even any expectation to buy. I travelled from Reading to visit these guys and it speaks volumes I chose to buy my stunning dress from there and happily travelled back multiple times for fittings etc. I'm super sad its all over, I'm going to miss my visits, I really felt like I was visiting friends each time. They are really nice and profession. I went there for the sample sell. After trying the dress, they gave me enough space and time to discuss with my fiance. Very thoughtful!! The alternation fee and cleaning fee are also reasonable.
