Very friendly, prompt responses to any queries, always available even when I walked in unannounced.They showed compassion and concern in a time that was stressful for our family as we had lost our Mother and they made our transactions with the estate very easy.A massive thank you to all.

Disgraceful service. They cannot even adhere to their own complaints procedure. i have been constantly ignored by a director despite repeated emails. Please call me appears to be translated to please ignore me.
If you want an abysmal service then go ahead. Slow as anything. Never in a rush. Our house sale should've been so much smoother, but if you are happy to sit there and let them do it in their own time. Go for them, they'll happily sponge years of your life off you if you let them. Requesting money to change the name on the mortgage papers as they got it wrong on the initial sale 2 years prior! Requesting funds with no heads up off the other solicitors to say they was ready to go ahead with exchange, and then footing us with a 120 bill to request funds twice even though we only ever have the go ahead once. Did have our will booked in to be written up here but soon cancelled that. Couldn't put something that big in their hands.
